“It takes a monster, to stop a monster”… And that’s what Jessica will become, as the new Jessica Jones series will release in spring on Netflix. Marvel and Netflix have released the new Jessica Jones trailer, and it shows our favorite superhero on the brink of insanity.

Netflix has not only released the second trailer for its highly anticipated original series Marvel’s Jessica Jones but has given us an amazing one sheet and has also announced that Krysten Ritter’s character will be back in action for her second season on International Women’s Day, March 8, 2018, on Netflix.

After murdering her tormenter, Kilgrave, NYC private investigator Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) is beginning to put the pieces of her life back together.

An incredible returning cast that includes Rachael Taylor, Carrie-Anne Moss, Eka Darville, Janet McTeer, J.R. Ramirez and Krysten Ritter.

Marvel’s Jessica Jones on Netflix is Executive Produced by Melissa Rosenberg, Raelle Tucker, Jim Chory and Jeph Loeb.

The tagline on the new poster says, ‘No filter!’  which is what Jessica has become. A badass unstoppable force of power who hasn’t quite learned how to quell the acidic quips that come out of her mouth. She is the symbol of a generation, and nothing will stand in her way from preserving truth, justice, and an American whiskey shot, while sitting in an Irish pub. Ritter had this to say about the return of her character.

“Jessica is in a pretty dark headspace when we meet her at the top of season 2. What we’ve done again is kept the story very personal. If season 1 was in her head and in her mind, then this season will be more in her heart. It’s still a psychological thriller, but it’s more of an emotional thriller this time.”

When we last saw Jessica Jones, she had teamed up with The Defenders. And she is now back and is making the streets safe again.
