A spokesperson of Stan Lee recently has commented on this legend’s condition and said that he “is doing well and feeling good, he is staying there for a few days for some check-ups as a safety precaution.”
Stan Lee had been rushed to a hospital on Wednesday night after he experienced shortness of breath and irregular heartbeat. This 95-year-old is now resting at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles.
Lee had to call off many appearances because of his health. After he dropped two appearances in Ohio in 2012, Lee had revealed that he had a pacemaker. He was rushed to a hospital in 2015 but managed to attend the red-carpet premiere of Ant-Man. In 2017, Lee had canceled his appearance at and Salt Lake City Comic Con’s FanX.
He has been slowing himself in the recent years and has made a final convention appearance in Canada and Europe. He does keep an active schedule, and in 2016, he had shot 4 cameos in just a single day.
Lee had joined Timely Comics which became Marvel Comics, in 1939. With Steve Ditko and Jack Kirby, Lee had helped in creating most of Marvel’s most superheroes.
