Stan Lee Is Out Of Hospital And Feeling Great

It is a great sigh of relief for all of us as Stan Lee has been released from the hospital and he is apparently feeling great.

“All I really want to do is tell you that I’m feeling great,” Lee informed Eyewitness News on Thursday night.”I’m glad I spent that evening in the hospital. It did me a lot of good. It probably did my fans a lot of good. It kept me off their backs for the evening. But I’m feeling good now, and I can’t wait to get in there and tangle with all the competition.”

Lee had to be hurriedly taken to the hospital on Wednesday after he complained breathlessness and had an inconsistent heart beat. TMZ had originally reported about Lee being taken to Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles, California. While fans had been speculating about Lee’s health condition recently because the 95-year-old Marvel Comics legend and creator of various globally renowned characters has given hints of worry.

“It’s nice to know that somewhere in the world there are still people who care about what I say or do,” Lee said. “And it’s nice to know that somewhere in the world there are always people who are fans who care about what people do – the people they’re interested in.”

Stan Lee has created Spider-Man, The Hulk, Doctor Strange, Fantastic Four, Daredevil, X-Men, and Black Panther. Lee is also going to play a cameo in the upcoming Black Panther movie, and there are various other cameos which he has recorded for upcoming movies. He has also been co-creator of characters like Ant-Man, Iron-Man, and Thor with writer Larry Lieber.

Among Stan Lee’s most famous works are his collaborations with other comic legends Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko. Back in 2015, Stan Lee had told about how he and the others kept going during a difficult phase to get Marvel Comics up and running. “Years ago when I was doing these comics, we’d give the comic books away free to people. The printer would sent us a lot of comics, more than we needed. I guy would come up to deliver comics from the drug store, and we’d say, ‘On your way out, do you want to take these books? We have no room for them.’ We even did that with original artwork. We never thought it would be worth anything!”

While some minor health concerns have often affected Lee’s travel plans and public appearances, he is keen to resume his regular schedule of programming and fan engagement.
