Here’s A Little Peek Into Wreck-It Ralph 2 And The Internet

Disney unveiled its 2018 movie preview and this which includes a new image from the sequel, Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2. This movie will release in November. The photo visualizes the Internet and features Ralph bombarded with pop-up ads and Vanellope runs off and explores another corner of the world wide web. Disney released its official synopsis:

“Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 leaves Litwaks’ video arcade behind, venturing into the uncharted, expansive and thrilling world of the internet-which may or may not survive Ralph’s wrecking. Video game bad guy Ralph (voice of John C. Reilly) and fellow misfit Vanellope von Schweetz (voice of Sarah Silverman) must risk it all by traveling to the world wide web in search of a replacement part to save Vanellope’s video game, Sugar Rush. In way over their heads, Ralph and Vanellope rely on the citizens of the internet-the netizens-to help navigate their way, including a website entrepreneur named Yesss (voice of Taraji P. Henson), who is the head algorithm and the heart and soul of trend-making site Buzztube.”

It had been revealed at Disney’s D23 Expo that Wreck-It Ralph 2 will feature many Disney Princesses. Auli’i Cravalho (Moana), Kelly MacDonald (Merida), Kristen Bell (Anna ), Anika Noni Rose (Tiana), Mandy Moore (Rapunzel), Irene Bedard (Pocahontas), Paige O’Hara (Belle), Jodi Benson (Ariel) and Linda Larkin (Jasmine) will reprise their voice roles. This clip had been shown at the D23 Expo and revealed Vanellope exploring the Oh My Disney website.

We have almost a year before the sequel releases theaters and the Disney Princesses are thinking ahead. During a few interviews after the D23 presentation, these actresses had indicated that they may return for a Princess team-up film. Whether or not this may be developed into an animated movie, we do not know.

It had been confirmed at D23 that the animated sequel will feature Marvel and Star Wars characters as well. It is directed by Rich Moore and Phil Johnston and produced by Clark Spencer.

This movie will release on November 21, 2018.
