The New Grinch Poster Reveals An Innocent Green Creature

The very first poster for The Grinch has now been revealed. We have all known about the movie for a pretty long time but the details on the holiday classic have been very scarce. With the holiday season going on, Illumination Entertainment and Universal have given the fans something to chew on. Although The Grinch looks tame, they have warned us that this will not last.

“He gets meaner. See #TheGrinch in theaters Holiday 2018.”

The Grinch is a story of a green, grumpy creature who steals Christmas and has his heart changed by a generous girl. The tale about Christmas is beloved as a Dr. Seuss story, but it became a holiday staple when it had been presented in the animated form in How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

In this version, Benedict Cumberbatch voiced to the character who lives a solitary life in Mt. Crumpet. The character had been brought to life in Ron Howard’s movie in 2000, and it featured Jim Carrey.

In spite of the arrival of the first poster, fans do not know a lot about The Grinch other than its title. Though this the poster indicates that we may delve into new territory, we will the explore teen years of the holiday detractor.

Illumination Entertainment is not a stranger to Dr. Seuss. In 2012, they had adapted The Lorax. Illumination is a powerhouse animations studio and has super hits like Despicable Me 2, The Secret Life of Pets, Despicable Me 3, and Sing.

The Grinch will release on November 9, 2018. With the new poster, it is possible that we may see a short teaser before the year’s end. This is only a guess, but it’s it is not hard to imagine that this studio may have something to show us.
