The latest footage for Jurassic World 2 made a debut during Sunday Night Football, and it is pretty intense. Speculation about the release for its first trailer has been rampant. We now have confirmation that its trailer will premiere on Thursday, December 7th. Jurassic Park fans can be assured there will be a whole lot of dinosaurs and fire in the Jurassic World 2. The 15-second teaser does exactly what it is supposed to do, make you hungry for more.
The first teaser for Jurassic World 2 shows Chris Pratt running down a hill and screaming to Bryce Dallas Howard and Justice Smith to run. He escapes an assortment of dinosaurs and flames from an explosion. They take shelter behind an airplane fuselage. In the first teaser, which had been released in November, Pratt could not hide his delight as he petted a purring baby dinosaur.
When we last saw the heroes in Jurassic World, they had escaped the dangers of the disastrous theme park while the new dinosaur inhabitants freely roamed the park. And the fan-favoriteIndominus Rex was left to its own victorious devices. Dr. Ian Malcolm’s return (Jeff Goldblum) has made the fans incredibly excited. Malcom’s quote from the Jurassic Park graces the posters for this new movie: life finds a way.”
The previous short teaser featured Chris Pratt petting a baby dinosaur. The dinosaur in the teaser has been speculated to be baby Blue, the surviving Velociraptor from Jurassic World.
As mentioned, the full trailer for Jurassic Word: Fallen Kingdom will premier on Thursday. This sequel was written by Colin Trevorrow, who directed the first installment. The sequel has been promised to be a darker affair this time around and even with the 15-second clip, it is evident that the promise has been kept.
